That everything was there food drink , trams right outside , food , staff were lovely, entertainment was great, were booking again.

The bathroom was small.

Food was fab entertainment was excellent

Room was too hot towels too small and our seats in dining hall was on loose floorboards moved evertime someone walked past

The staff .food entertainment is all good no complaints. However the price we paid for 2 night and then had to pay another £50 on top to up grade the room is quite unexceptable considering the price we paid to start with. We spoke to people thar had come from Portsmouth and they stayed for 5 nights for £259. We paid over £350 for 2 nights. I feel cheated and basically ripped off.

As above. I very much doubt I'll be booking with booking. Com again.
