Viking Hotel - Adults Only

Amazing stay from start to finsh. All the staff are so welcoming ,friendly and helpful. Best customer service i have received from a hotel. Comfortable bedroom ,studio room on the top floor . Not accessible if you have mobility issues ,but but fine for us. Car parking on site was helpful for NO additional charge. All the food and drink was excellent , for all inclusive offer . Hot ,well cooked and plenty of it .The dining room staff were helpful and attentive .. The entertainment was fun and offered professional acts, where the drinks were kept flowly by the excellent bar staff This was our first visit to the Viking and this trip exceeded beyond any of our expectations . Will we return ,most definately .

The lift is very tiny ,only holds 2 people .

No plug socket next to bed, I have a chap machine that I could not plug in, was given a extension lead witch was a trip hazard.

distance from reception to rooms very differcult for some , especially special needs .lots of stairs and corridors to navigate .even with lift .

A great weekend although the options for the all inclusive drinks were limited considering what we paid for the weekend. The food was excellent as were the staff. The bedrooms could do with a bit of attention. Overall good.
