Staff very pleasant , especially Lloyd in restaurant, very polite & professional.

Was misinformed about bingo start time so missed game on card.

Went half board food spot on and has a games room and kids club and the pool heated

Rooms are abit outdated

Nothing old dirty scruffy hole,hotel corridors stinks carpet dirty,room really small I think just bedding be changed,bathroom not cleaned forever dust everywhere terrible 😣

The hotel has easy access to Blackpool town via the frequent tram service which stops right outside. It is family friendly and the facilities are very good. Most of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is a tad dated and parking a bit tight (they do explain this when booking to be fair). MOST of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful however the receptionist when we booked in offered no information regarding breakfast times etc. also when we went back to reception later to make an enquiry no-one was around to help

Staff, cheerful, helpful, understanding. Excellent menus, choices, presentation and freshness of food. Clean, everything and everywhere. Spacious bedroom. Refurbished canteen .

Had to ask what time meals were served.
