Easy check-in, clean rooms, pleasant staff. Very nice breakfast lots of choice

Rooms needa bit of updating. Very warm in night. Fire alarm in the early hours led to rubbish sleep. No parking spaces.

It was handy for the show

Nothing to dislike…it was a good deal and food was included which is exceptional..

Swimming pool and jacuzzi brilliant, food was fantastic.

Only thing to stop being 10/10 was the heat, the hotel was very warm at night, but it was a very hot day

Bed was so comfy food was ok could have been better I loved how big the place was the pool are was fantastic I would stay again if staff were in proved to make u feel more welcome

I think it’s a little owt dated could do with a new carpet and a lick of paint some of the staff looked miserable they didn’t speak to u much when u said thank u they were just mute no expressions I feel this could improve while checking in receptionist wasn’t really pleasant it was sing here no plez thank u no enjoy your stay nothing

The breakfast was great good choice for everyone

How friendly the staff were.

The differing sizes of the rooms. There we had 5 rooms in total all paying the same price. The difference in size was extremely from hardly being able to move to very spacious.
