Friendly staff clean comfy

Need to up the menu been the same for a long time had several visits there . Entertainment the same year after year

The staff was lovely

Stains on my bed you could hear screaming at night and entertainment started around 9 you could hear it blasting the rooms weren’t sound proof the food looked absolutely disgusting , for what was paid it was not worth it at all no where to park either , location was far away from anything I’ve never stayed in such a place !

Friendly staff and pleasant environment. Beds were SUPER comfy! Great complimentary touches.

No plugs next to bed. Could have had more information in the rooms regarding entertainment and a phone to call down to reception. Used my phone but couldn’t get an answer when I rang down. Possibly a map to show where everything is in the building as we didn’t know where the entertainment was or if kids are allowed in the bar etc Need vending machine or something for drinks during the night and some people who struggle don’t like busy areas like the bar etc

Breakfast and evening meal was very good

Room I was 1st given was smelly and had food left in there from previous visit. On inspection of my bill, I found 2drinks put on my room that I hadn’t had I didn’t notice this till I got home, to late for me to question
