"Communication needs to be improved"

Can easily walk from the hotel to the seafront. We strongly believe that the reception staff need to be trained to be professional and respectful with the guests. We called the hotel in advance to inquire about parking facilities. We were told that although the hotel has some parking available on-site, we cannot reserve them in advance. It is provided on first-come-first-serve basis. However, when we arrived with our car around noon, we were told that we should have reserved parking in advance and it was full. In addition, the receptionist was not helpful at all with regards to directing us towards other parking facilities in the neighborhood. As we were asking for help about parking speaking in English, the receptionist was saying something rude in French. As we understood French, we pointed out that the receptionist does not have to be rude to the guests assuming that they cannot understand the language. Apart from the above interaction, our interactions with the staff were cordial and professional. The management needs to ensure that the reception staff are trained to interact with their guests respectfully.

"I liked my stay i come again"

very friendly receptionist explained very good all about different Covid Rules in Town and in Monaco, I got handed over a list of various Take away or delivery Restaurants. Due to the Covid situation the stay was very good and the room is perfect 10 min walk to the Monte Carlo Casino quiet place
