Property conveniently located for access to Monte Carlo. Clean and fresh room. Very poor wi-fi access to internet and we had an issue with the fitted hair dryer.

Nice location within walking distance of shopping and restaurants but many hills and stairs to climb. Positive: room was very spacious, clean, quiet, had a full kitchen with untensils, pots and pans, refrigirator, terrace and large bathroom. Negative: Hotel clerk was a little pushy when we requested restaurant suggestions, and was not much help when I asked for help with Uber. She was rude and said she could not help us with that and could not give us the correct address to their own hotel! Also, the Taxi driver they called for us arrived in what appeared to be his private car with no Taxi markings. He had his baby car seat in his trunk which made it hard to accommodate our large bags. When we arrived in Nice, he blamed my Wife for closing the door on the seat belt and accused her of leaving a mark on his door paint. He also tried to overcharge us what he had originally told the hotel he would charge us. I paid him what he originally quoted and he was not to happy. By the way, Uber does not pick up at this location. You have to walk several blocks climbing stairs up a hill to get to the closest Uber pick up. Otherwise everything else was good. We may consider going back.

Very clean, quiet, friendly staff, perfect for a few days stay. The kitchenette comes handy for breakfast. The property has parking for 14 euros per day, you should call ahead for reservation. They can arrange transportation for you to the Nice airport for 100 euros.

The studio was very confortable, the reception was very dilligent and kind. The room was confortable and the hotel is walking distance to attractions. The parking is limited. You have to reserve.

Stayed here while visiting Monte Carlo. Less then 1 k from casino walking distance to all the major sights in Monte Carlo & Beausoloel. Parking garage was a godsend as street parking is expensive & driving in Monaco is dangerous.
