"Loved!!!"

This is one of my fav hotels I’ve ever stayed with! The outdoor running track around the pool and building was stunning. Also appreciate the indoor bball hoop. The staff was so friendly and pleasant for any and all requests.

"Horrible customer service"

I went up to my room at 10:52 to get my bags. My key would not work anymore and then I could not get down to the lobby because my key would not work on the elevator. The manager was EXTREMELY rude about it. I knew check out was at 11:00 despite the plaque on our door saying check out was at 12:00. To shut off keys before the check out time is something I have NEVER HEARD OF BEFORE. Needless to say we will not be returning!

"Great location"

Nice, helpful staff. Bathroom tub faucet faulty and needs repair. Room with balcony worth it. Not enough drawer space for long stay. Outdoor pool, awesome. Close to a fabulous food market, bus, parks, etc

"Definitely a must stay with great location"

We had a city view and a balcony, and it was just absolutely beautiful. Only stay two nights, but we will be back on our return trip. Very quiet rooms. Very good hotel with great staff! Would definitely recommend
