Ms. Geraldine, Gigi, and the young bellman with the low haircut Top Tier professionals. Ms. Geraldine is a front desk professional that is kind, caring, and welcoming to all guest. She goes above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed for my stay. My flight was canceled due to weather conditions. Ms. Geraldine and Gigi promptly made sure that I was able to secure my prior room. Plus, I had thrown out my hygiene and hair supplies and Ms. Geraldine called around and I was able to recover them. All around a wonderful stay, great staff, and EXCELLENT SERVICE. Thank you. When I travel to Chicago again Radisson Blu will be my place to stay. -Shannon W. (Indianapolis)

"Good family or corporate stay"

Stayed here on a combined work trip/ mom and son trip. The location was perfect - super safe neighborhood, easy walk to Millenium Park, Michigan Avenue, river tours and the lake. The outdoor pool was amazing! Incredible skyscraper views. The walking track was great too. Room was comfortable and clean. Great shower with rain shower head and separate wand. Starbucks in the lobby for easy breakfast before the walk to work. Good onsite restaurant too! The balcony was a great place at to watch the city action and the storms come in a couple nights.

"Loved!!!"

This is one of my fav hotels I’ve ever stayed with! The outdoor running track around the pool and building was stunning. Also appreciate the indoor bball hoop. The staff was so friendly and pleasant for any and all requests.

"Horrible customer service"

I went up to my room at 10:52 to get my bags. My key would not work anymore and then I could not get down to the lobby because my key would not work on the elevator. The manager was EXTREMELY rude about it. I knew check out was at 11:00 despite the plaque on our door saying check out was at 12:00. To shut off keys before the check out time is something I have NEVER HEARD OF BEFORE. Needless to say we will not be returning!
