"Beautiful rooms and friendly staff"

Great location, quiet and comfortable room with beautiful design. Friendly team and explained everything well. One comment, Business Center needs an update and as I arrived early, the team gave me access to the room but no WiFi password. I should have asked .

"Unexpectedly surprised"

Hotel bars can be hit or miss, but this one was a pleasant surprise. Good food, good drinks, and outstanding service. The bartender, Brie, took great care of us and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

"Couples mini-vaca"

Location: great. Within 15 min walking distance to Navy Pier. Atmosphere: classy, fancy-schmancy, but laid back and non-judgemental. Room: The corner king suite with balcony was amaaaaaazzzzziiiing. It overlooked the roof top pool and you could even see the sun rise over the water between the other tall buildings. The bathtub was big enough for 2 big-ish ppl. Fully stocked cash bar in room. But the balcony....💯 Value: 9/10 but only because we wished housekeeping would've given us fresh linens for the 2nd night. Cleanliness: no complaints. Noise level: it was quiet enough for us. Nothing to complain about. Service: there was room service but we didn't use it. So I can't really say.
