"Very Good"

Ease of check-in. Close distance to where we were going for a concert. Lady in breakfast area very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was not as clean as I would have preferred. Very dusty on bottom shelf of vanity. Woken frequently by people above us. Very noisy.

The rates were not negotiable, after being told by a manager after calling up there and adding additional day and night stay, he would be able to adjust the rate
