Breakfast was great

rooms were very dated, mould in bathroom. old beds very rough around the edges.

Enjoyed spending time with family using spa and 4x4 driving.

Classic rooms a little tired and need some maintenance. Food and drink very expensive!

The staff were all wonderful. Not just professional but warm and approachable, young and mature alike, from first entering the hotel and everywhere we went they were all great. Whatever they are payed it is not enough. I had a facial with Chloe and she was fabulous. The spa was lovely with great views. The outdoor hot tubs over look the lake with uninterrupted views of the countryside beyond. There were plenty of chairs in the spa which you don't always get. The lady in the view restaurant who took care of us at lunch time with the cream teas (11.4.26) and breakfast the following morning was a treat.

The location is lovely, the staff were great.

It’s overpriced for what it is, the family room just had some small roll out beds. The very limited use of the pool for families was disappointing as was the spa lady who watched us like a hawk, for an hour in the pool, so we didn’t go in the empty hot tubs or saunas which were kept for spa guests. This made us decide we would not be back as it is overpriced and as. ‘Spa hotel’ does not provide access for hotel guests or families.

The hotel and staff were great.
