Lovely location. Hotel is clean and staff welcoming. Room very comfortable. Spa was sensational

One morning for breakfast there wasn’t enough staff and so we had to wait at times for some food/drink items to be replenished. It was the morning after a wedding had taken place so understandable it was perhaps busier than usual.

Food is amazing, the beds super comfy, powerful shower, lovely setting and walks

Access to the pool is expensive, I’d suggest pool access should be part of the stay and any extra spa or steam room etc to be paid for

the scenery

couldnt check in any earlier if so wanted more money then wasn't guaranteed? the stench of the room was disgusting smelt of foist mould bad drains hit you as soon as you walked in had to spray perfume deodorant in the morning went for breakfast no staff so i sat at a table for 2 , the lady who seemed to be in charge shouted at me in front of other guests that i couldn't sit there and that there wer people before me when i went to the dining room there wasn't a queue and no one there to greet you pointed at me to sit where she pointed to bear in mind this was her shouting at me in the middle of the dining room then proceeded to serve everyone else 1st talk about embarrassing !!!

Beautiful location within easy reach of the town of Skipton

The fact that a room was available at short notice when I had some unexpected free time and resources.

The fact that the time went so quickly otherwise I could not fault anything.The selection of teas were great.
