Hotel Hex

The hotel looks abandoned. There’s limited staff and are never available when needed. Overpriced for no reason.

I love how it is located on the parking lot of a Mall. It was so convenient to go have dinner and the next morning we went back to the mall for breakfast and shopping. My only suggestion is that the breakfast at the Hotel be cheaper or be included. $8 per person for breakfast, for a $100 dollar a night hotel seems to expensive to me.

We stayed at the Hex for a week and it was a great experience. Our room was neat and clean and the air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was delicious with traditional Nicaraguan food. The wait staff was attentive. I would definitely stay at the Hex again.

El hotel cobra por ida a traer al aeropuerto la persona llegó tarde. El hotel no alluda con las maletas no dan mucha información referente ala avitacion se cancela de inmediato pero al finalizar la estadía le salen a uno conque hay que pagar más por que no cobraron algo mal servicio

Good hotel. Distance to the nearest mall is something I appreciated. Drinking water in the room disappointed me, I only got bottled water the first night and I stayed three. I had to go to the first floor to get some drinking water when I needed it.

good place to stay overnight. the shopping center is walking distance.

The location of the hotel is great but the condition of the room is very unpleasant, I can’t sleep the whole night because the AC wasn’t working properly

I realize that due to the pandemic, things have drastically changed; however, attention to detail, and giving it your best is never out of style. Food service was lacking. Found a match in my scrambled eggs one morning, the next morning it was cold, as if it sat on the cart for a while. There were a handful of guests in the place.

The hotel was pretty decent, it almost feels small though compared to your usual hotels, but it’s decent and cozy.
