Hotel Hex

Todo en general muy bien, el internet muy malo, terriblemente malo. En la recepción no estuvieron muy anuentes a resolverme una solicitud de cambio en la habitación.

Great stay at the Hex. Breakfast is traditional Nicaraguan food and plentiful. A good basic hotel with great air conditioning!

The rooms are small, but the service, cleanliness and front desk attention was so nice and kind ! The breakfast included is a plus!

Is a safe place but they have to change my room twice because the I have a problem to open the door I couldn’t use the swimming pool because they always had a private party and no one can use it

The food was excellent. The only strange part was that housekeeping would come through and remove all the towels well before cleaning/providing fresh towels (as in hours before). Overall the hotel was very nice. One important thing to note is that the breakfast buffet is included only if booking directly through the hotel. If using a third-party site, such as Expedia, the breakfast costs $6.50 per person plus tax. But it’s still a good deal for the quality of the buffet.

Said caters to American but not true. No one speaks English the food is terrible and no American. They don’t use filtered water so it made me sick. Refused to refund my money. I stayed 2 nites but paid for a week . The bathroom is too small and even the upgraded room was a dump. The Hilton is 25$ more and a million times better
