We could not fault anything about the stay. The hotel was perfect for a nice quiet week, perfectly situated to get out and about. The facilities were excellent along with all the entire friendly and very helpful staff. The food was delightful and it was no trouble to tweak your meal the way you preferred. I cannot fault this hotel at all and look forward to returning one day.

The Bohemia Suites and Spa is a 5* rated hotel in Playa del Ingles, very conveniently situated for access to local facilities and just a 5 minute walk from the beach. The welcome at the hotel was friendly and efficient, and we were very pleased with our room even though we opted not to have a sea view in order to have a deluxe studio with a kitchen so that we could cater for ourselves in the evenings. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Noise levels were generally very good - we could hear music each evening from the bar, but that finished by around 10pm, and although some neighbours constantly allowed their doors to slam this wasn't the hotel's fault, just inconsiderate people. In addition to a king size bed the studio had a double sofa and fully stocked kitchen which included a full size fridge freezer and a dishwasher, as well as cutlery, utensils and pots and pans so that we were able to cook for ourselves - this was made even easier due to the close proximity of several supermarkets. Hotel facilities were excellent - we always found room to sit by the pool if we wanted it, the gym was very well equipped and the overall look and feel of the hotel was very positive. The 360 restaurant is superb. Breakfast was served there each day, affording excellent views over Maspalomas together with excellent food and extremely friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and we were always greeted with a friendly smile, especially from Fatima who was always cheerful. We dined in the restaurant on one evening and weren't disappointed - the food was excellent and service was attentive without being intrusive. Our only "complaint" (more of a suggestion for improvement for the hotel) relates to the bathroom in the deluxe studios. Usually we book a room with a shower, but as we booked a deluxe studio only baths with a shower over were available - this would be fine, except that the shower is a simple mixer tap, meaning that whenever you shower you are alternately scalded and frozen as other guests in the hotel turn taps on and off. I would strongly recommend replacing the mixer tap with a thermostatically controlled shower over the bath in order to improve guest comfort (and safety - it's not fun being scalded whilst showering). We would happily return to the hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Gran Canaria.

Bohemia is great…. Beach views from the amazing 360 restaurants for breakfast which is wonderful and evening meal with rich food after cocktails outside. The hotel staff from reception to housekeeping and waiting staff was amazing and made us feel special.

Lage zum Strand und Promenade zu den Dünen, Restaurant mit Frühstück und Dinner im obersten Stock mit relativ ungetrübten Ausblick auf Strand. Hervorragende Küche, Frühstück gut, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Kleiner Parkplatz im Innenhof. Perfekt für Badeurlaub an einem wirklich weitläufigen Strand

Nichts was von Bedeutung wäre. Einzig der Ort Maspalomas ist gegenüber Las Palmas oder vor allem Puerto de Morgan nicht so prickelnd wenn man zB in einer Fußgängerzone beispielsweise bummeln und shoppen möchte

I stayed at this property over New Year’s Eve and left feeling impressively unwelcome for a “luxury” stay. The staff’s energy seemed laser-focused on everything *outside* the hotel: the spa, restaurant, hairdresser, pizza stand, while actual hotel guests felt more like background extras than the main event. At check-in there no attempt to explain the property or its services besides asking me if I had pre-booked the NYE dinner; I was essentially handed a key and an envelope while the team prioritized walk-in visitors for the other businesses. Overall, I’d rank this in roughly the bottom 10% of hotel customer service experiences I’ve had given the fact it’s a luxury hotel

High quality hotel with quality rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Carva every day as part of the experience. Lots of choices with new items added daily.
