Uns gefällt das Hotel, weil es sicherlich eins der besten Hotels auf Gran Canaria ist und wir kommen seit Jahren hier hin. Die Lage ist prima und es gibt ein gutes Restaurant. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Servicepersonal.

Mittlerweile merkt man schon, das mal wieder umfassend renoviert werden könnte. Das sind kleine Details wie Fussböden, Tapeten. Spiegel, Möbiliar... Für den Anspruch ein 5* Hotel zu sein, muss man sich hier der Erwartungshaltung der Kundschaft stellen. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie eher unterdurchschnittlich. Die Fahrstuhllogik das immer nur der linke Fahrstuhl funktionierte habe ich nicht verstanden. Das ist teilweise zu Hochzeiten etwas nervend. Nach meiner Wahrnehmung und im Vergleich zu anderen 5* Hotels, die ich (wir) regelmässig nutzen, ist es aber eher ein 4* S Hotel.

I experienced a super comfortable stay at Bohemia Suites & Spa and was particularly impressed by the extraordinary friendliness and professionalism of the entire team - from the reception to the restaurant service. Every employee was attentive, cordial and always committed to making the stay as pleasant as possible. You can feel that hospitality is really lived here. The hotel is in an excellent condition: modern, stylish and absolutely well maintained. Both the rooms and the public areas are spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. The pool area is quiet and inviting. A highlight is also the roof top restaurant with its outside bar. The food is as fantastic as the view. The management deserves special praise, which apparently attaches great importance to quality, service and atmosphere. The result is a hotel where you feel comfortable from the first minute

Wow, Wow, Wow. Just back from a 10 day break to Maspolomas and my third visit to the location. Having previously stayed at two other 5* hotels i made the decision to try the Bohemia Suites following searches. Booked a Junior Suite with Sea View through Jet2 and enquired when we arrived if we could upgrade to a Corner Suite which we did. I have had the privilege of travelling over the globe with my previous career and still do so in my current role and stayed at many of the worlds best Hotels some at £1500+ a night. I can say undoubted this was probably the best room i have stayed in for what it offered and the sea view whether looking out through the open patio doors when the sun comes up or when sitting with my partner in the roll top bath as the sun sets and the night lights up with the moonlight over the sea ( Check out the rooms). What made it was the Staff who were very attentive and wonderful throughout making a personal affair. We went half board, the breakfast we both thought fabulous with a large choice however, the al a carte menu was unbelievable, and despite eating there 8 nights out of the 10 we were never disappointed with any of the meals. The Cocktail lounge i think has the best views of the town on the 8th Floor as the restaurant and is laid out for very comfortable evening relaxing with changing music entertainment most evenings. It was very hard to drag ourselves away and we can’t wait to return back as soon as opportunity allows. I can thank the Bohemia team enough.

Lovely welcome drinks and champagne in the room low key 5star hotel 2nd visit this year. All staff from front of house to the maids very pleasant and helpful a credit to the hotel. Location good for us as regular visitors to GC. Atmosphere spot on with no noisey corridors or areas of the hotel to mention rooms spot on would have liked a few more hanging hooks in the bedroom for dressing gowns etc. Food choice at breakfast perfect service nothing too much trouble. Perhaps a little better choice at the poolside bar range of pizzas tapas dishes etc. A little disappointed in the entertainment on the roof top lounge this time nobody seemed to know what was happening on anyone evening was much better in April. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel one without the stuffiness of some 5 star hotels. Thankyou to all the staff we will return.

Really couldn’t fault this hotel. The moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, very friendly receptionist and offered a drink as we checked in. Room was perfect, comfy bed, brilliant shower, balcony, great amenities. All the staff were so friendly and helpful in every area. New sun-beds arrived when were there which was lovely to enjoy. The pools were heated and a pleasure to swim in at this time of year. Breakfast was AMAZING, and again the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they remembered our coffee orders and other preferences every time. The food at the pool bar was great and the restaurant in the evening was superb too. We loved our 10 days staying there and will definitely be back.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Dusche war perfekt.

Das Zimmer war viel zu schmal, man konnte sich kaum bewegen, ohne sich irgendwo anzustossen. Toilette sehr schlecht.
