Great views. Great price. Great beach, super clean.

Great hotel, it’s a hike to your room pretty much in any spot on the property. Great view. Beach and pool were a bit dirty. Sad to see Phi Phi Island getting so dirty.

We had delux villa wich had an awesome view, staff was very nice, and I he cleans ng lady was the best, our room was always spotless.

Pros: The hotel is nice and clean. 10 min walk from the jetty and next to the beach. I booked a room with ocean view. My family loved to sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenary. Cons: The water, although it is clean, it tastes funny. It is understandable since phi phi is a small island in the middle of no where. So you need to buy enough drinking water from the hotel convenience store.

Location is excellent however the villas need revamping as the shower was very poor and old. Paths need redoing for easier access. Staff at reception very unhelpful!

We stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. They offer multiple types of rooms, and we decided on the Grand Deluxe Villa. I think it’s well worth paying extra for one of these rooms. The rooms are all in separate small buildings, and they are on the side of a hill. The Grand Deluxe Villa is closest to the beach, and thus has the best views and shortest walk. Some of the rooms are quite high up the hill and the walk isn’t pleasant. The staff was very friendly and answered all of the questions we had. The location is a bit outside the main area, which keeps it quiet at night. However, it’s still a quick walk to get into the main part of town. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a comfortable, relaxed experience.

Lovely view from balcony. Very hilly and quite a long walk to reception and breakfast. All the basic needs and clean. Close to lovely quiet beaches.
