"Excellent"

The bungalows are spacious but high up on the hill. This property is the furthest from the main marketplace so it’s quite a trek and is only boat accessible for the most part. Unless they put your luggage on a cart and push it all the way there through the town. Water in the lobby was only filled once. The beach area doesn’t look like that except there are beach chairs. Personally I wouldn’t stay here again because it’s so far.

Hotel was exceptional value for money, the staff were friendly and polite and the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

Good location and beautiful views off your balcony. Very basic room and bad bathroom conditions but ththe views cannot be beat!

"Good location, but outdated "

Location is great since you’re right on the beach, however, make sure you upgrade your room or you won’t have a view at all. Overall, hotel was too outdated specially the bathrooms.

Be prepare to do some hiking. Our room was on the “5th level” a lot of stairs.

"Get rid of the receptionists "

The Bay view could be great, but the 2 guys at the reception are not nice. They talking and very aggressive and loud voice, not being polite to any guest (not just us) and say everything in a rude way. So unpleasant. At first they could give a cabin that has a view from shore, but no they push you to the back uupppppp the hill even though they have vacant cabin in front. Trying to squeeze more money out of anybody.

"It’s OK!"

Phi Phi is an amazing destination in it self. The resort is nice but think we ended up in old accommodation in need of a good refurb. Resort is not completely as advertised on pics so felt slightly cheated. For the same price you can stay at better resorts closer to town center.

Beautiful resort with stunning views! The staff were friendly and speaks english. You can book excursions in the hotel. Breakfast was ok. We liked their restaurant by the beach and it has more selections. They also had several secluded areas in the property to have your own beach.
