the front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming.

beds were hard, holes in blankets, no full sheets on beds, no decaf coffee, no continental breakfast, that was promised, should have lowered cost for room. reason given was covid 19. pillows were flat, dirty sludge under shower mats in the bathtub.

This place stunk of cigarette smoke so bad that my husband and i had to go to another hotel, even though we had 2 paid nights here. We were only there for a brief period of time and our clothes and belongings reeked! Everything in the room was old and it felf disgusting. The guy at check in was very nice and friendly though. Would recommend to a single homeless guy who needed a place to sleep.

The property was pleasant for the value, staff were pleasant, BUT their we're no disposable cups in the room, as is usually in a motel, good motel otherwise

The sheets on the beds were hospital draw sheets not fitted sheets, holes in the blankets, my granddaughter, took a bath and there was black sludge under the shower mat in the bottom of the tub, which came floating up and out. no shampoo, we asked for a handicap room and were told all the rooms were large enough for someone in a wheelchair.

All I can really say to sum up my experience up is run to the next hotel! The place was filthy, couldn't even take a shower or bath due to the black slim coming from under the bath mat. The beds were terribly hard, I think a rock would have been more comfortable, on top of that the beds didn't have proper sheets and the blankets were old and had holes. Everything was just filthy gross right down to the ice bucket. The owner cannot blame housekeeping after the first few bad reviews, the state of the place is the owners fault. With what they charge per night I think they could make a bigger effort. Seeing how the hotel has been rated a one since 2010 and a slum I don't understand how they have a 3.5 star rating.

There was no continental breakfast as advertised on the website and in the services booklet in the room. Needs to be changed so people aren't thinking it is included in the price.

The man working the desk for our late night check in was great. Very thorough, friendly and quick. We were allowed to easily check in with our two great danes and were allowed to park our pickup pulling a gooseneck on the adjacent street, which was nice considering their small parking lot. The room was generally clean, but oh my god....the smell. It was horrific. I wish wed known to check in much earlier to allow the room to air out. We were in room 19 and it was HEAVY with a dense musty smell of water damage, and it in the corner near the ac unit it smelled strongly of rodent or some other type of urine. We cranked the AC up all the way and opened the windows for the night and were able to get about 6 hours of sleep before bailing first thing the next morning. If you can check in well in advance of having to spend any considerable time in the room, so you can air it out....do it
