Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend

The location is great, ski in, ski out for 2 gondolas, we had the suite so the room was spacious and it was clean, that cannot be faulted. The owner (I believe) is very hard working and cares about the guests and property.

The receptionists (apart from the older lady in glasses and the gentleman who is clearly an owner) were not informed, uninterested, we felt like we were bothering them, never smiled, they didn’t have good English and in general, didn’t look like they wanted to be at work. The eggs guy at breakfast was lovely and helpful, but our waitress told us the first day that it’d be better for them if we didn’t have dinner in their restaurant (despite having dinner included) as they had issues with the tables. I understand but think it could have been handled a bit better. The dinner options were limited, you have to preorder in the morning, but the food was overall nice. There’s no minibar in the room or room service, so I’d say it’s more a guest house than a hotel. The parking is limited and we always struggled to find space, but there’s a guy who’s helpful and will drive your car back if needed from a remote car park. I’m sorry to say that with that service we found it overpriced, the only thing that saves it is the slope and the hard working owner.

Einfach alles - Personal sehr freundlich- Küche vorzüglich!! Man merkt das gute Klima unter den Angestellten- der Hotelmanager führt dieses Hotel mit Liebe und ist enorm zuvorkommend!! Wir waren in einer Sweet die großzügig gestaltet ist - alles in allen perfekt!!

Sauberkeit- Freundlichkeit / Küche / Ski in out / einfach alles perfekt

Hotel je moc hezký, ve skvělé lokalitě, přímo na sjezdovce. Personál úžasný, milý, vstřícný. Pokoj prostranný, čistý, hezký, akorát sezení v obývacím pokoji nebylo pohodlné a 4 lidi si neměli jak pohodlně společně sednout. Jedině u jídelního stolu. Ale jinak spokojenost.

the staff were very friendly especially Babis who runs the bar in the evenings, very good cocktail maker and you can tell he is very enthusiastic about it. the locality to the lifts and the ski hire shop were perfect.

the only thing I thought was slightly strange was in our suite who I was sharing with my other half and our son and his girlfriend. thier bedroom the bathroom backed onto and this was an opaque piece of glass, so not very private, but that a side its a lovely hotel with a very warm feel about it

The location is perfect, right next to 2 gondolas, one for each side of the mountains. It is the definition of ski in ski out hotel. The rooms were spacious, very modern designed and very clean. The breakfast and the dinner were delicious. Long story short, the perfect place to book for your ski trip. I really have nothing negative to say. All 7 of us were very happy with the hotel and we would definitely visit it again.
