Friendly staff, small rooms and basic over all

I took a single room with air con (very sensible in the warm weather). The hotel is close to the station but nicely on a little side street which is pretty quiet. It's easy to find. It was very clean, service was friendly, the room was a good size with a good bathroom (powerful shower) and very quiet, and there was even a little welcome plate of small cakes and fruit! Overall I thought it was great value and I've stayed in many places in Düsseldorf to compare it to.

The room was too small! But the people were friendly.

Good value for money

Its on a side street off a main road and though not solubrious surroundings its in a decent location if you don't mind walking a little distance. Old town about 1.5 miles and main train station about 1 mile. Decent standard of hotel once inside with okay sauna area. Friendly staff. I had very economical room though I had paid for level up. Disappointment was building work across road started well early on the monday.

Clean and friendly in convenient location and next to the best Eckkneipe (corner pub) of all of Duesseldorf: the "Alchemist" !

Ticked all the boxes for me. Staff friendly, welcoming and friendly. Some decent eating places in the local area.

We walked here from train station. Clean, comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Could have done with a kettle in the room.
