Das Zimmer entspricht nicht dem was man auf den Bildern sieht! Löcher in der Wand vom Badezimmer. Überall Staub, obwohl eine Reinigungskraft durch das Zimmer ging. Keine Möglichkeit das Frühstück zu buchen da kein Personal vorhanden war. Keine Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel. Duschkabine undicht. WLAN nicht vorhanden obwohl angegeben. Fernseher nur mit wenig Sender ausgestattet (4-5). Keine Schränke für Bekleidung vorhanden. Garderobe sehr wackelig.

Sent a link for check-in. Didn't work and was locked out because the hotel is closed in the afternoon then the personell shouted at me and blamed me. Noisy, no soundproof, shower not attached to wall, lamp didn't work. Completely overpriced. Avoid this hotel it's awful
GBDEDas es Zentral zur Arena lag und zum Kölner Dom. Es war alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber .
Die Ausstattung,die sehr dünnen Wände wi man alles hört. Die Gespräche in der Nacht auf dem Flur und das knallen der Türen. Leicht kaputte Fliesen im Bad und am Fenster wahrscheinlich etwas Schimmel . Defekter Griff am Fenster im Schlafraum. Leider kein Fön im Bad.
