HRThe room was clean.
Reception is open only until 14:00, and check-in starts at 15:00, so only self check-in is available. However, no instructions were provided on how to complete it. The room is very outdated and in poor condition. There is no proper heating except for a small electric radiator. I stayed on the top attic floor, with windows facing the train station. The old wooden windows do not close properly, so wind and noise constantly come through. The TV did not work, the internet did not work, and breakfast was not available. There are no restaurants open in the surrounding area, so the only breakfast option was McDonald’s. Overall, the room is extremely overpriced. At €170 per night, it simply is not worth more than €100 considering the condition, lack of amenities, and poor overall experience.

USStaff was friendly and helpful, place was comfortable, and that bar was hopping! Amazing food, amazing singing and glitter bombing old people birthday party. And the beds were so comfy and it feels so authentically German.
The lift isn’t a valid solution to accessibility as one landing is between flights of stairs.
