"I won’t book this hotel again because of the uncomfortable bed. Please replace the mattress."

How nice the front desk clerk was.

The bed. It was so uncomfortable. Your hotel needs to replace the mattress on the bed. We had a king size bed and it was terrible. We couldn’t get comfortable. Please replace the mattress and get something comfortable. This mess up our whole weekend stay…..

"What a great hotel experience!!!"

The Customer service was excellent and very professional. The room was outstanding and very neat and clean. Parking and surroundings were quite and safe. The eateries were wonderful with lots of places to choose from. We were directly across from the famous Tanger Mall Outlet. We will definitely be stay here again on our next visit to Gonzales LA.

"Not a Marriott "

The main door didn’t close property. The floors were not even causing all doors including the bathroom to not close easily. The bed skirting is old and outdated and was falling in some places. The water when turned on in the bathroom let out a noise as if it hasn’t been ran in years, and the smell that came with it was horrible.

"Great place to stay on business trip"

Wonderful stay. Quiet, clean, nice facility. Did not eat breakfast but it smelled good!! Great location to my plant and lots of decent restaurans to choose from. Traffic in afternoon-evening was pretty chaotic and took extra time to get places in evening.

"Perfect location "

Love the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. Location is perfect for food, shopping,etc. friendly and courteous staff, would definitely stay there again. Planning another trip to the area and will look at their rates.
