"Great stay"

Wonderful customer service from the moment you walk in! A Smiling face and such pleasant small talk. Rooms were clean, bed was okay (could be more comfy) but overall great amenities (such as the kitchenette) especially for the price. I would def stay here again!

"Decent hotel"

There’s a policy in the website for the hotel that says that they only will clean house every other day… So you have to ask them to clean your room every day if you want it clean every day. I personally think that room should be cleaned every day that I pay for it.

"Just what we needed!"

A nice place to spend the weekend for a soccer tournament! Girls soccer brought us to town and having a full size refrigerator and the option of free breakfast was a great help in keeping expenses down since travel soccer can be expensive enough for families.

Checked in Friday 9/6/24 the Service desk hostess met me with a beautiful smile. The Townplace Suites is always a wonderful place for a staycation very comfortable and pleasant. All the staff I was blessed to meet were kind and helpful. Just had a relaxing weekend,

"Getaway"

This is my husband and I second time staying there and we enjoys our stay every time. I really recommend this hotel. The stay is wonderful. The area is friendly you are right across from several restaurants and the Tanger Outlet shopping center so you can’t go wrong.
