"Love the nighttime touch of the cookies with the wiry dolls"

Love the location of the hotel because it was very close to where my daughter lived. I could walk there daily.

The only thing I could complain about was that the shower was constantly dripping all day and night. I just closed the door and I didn’t hear it.

"Relaxing Paradise in Heart of Antigua"

This beautiful hotel is decorated in stunning Guatemalan design. The plants, pool, fountain, and rooftop terrace added quiet tranquility to this small hotel. The service was attentive and thoughtful. Breakfast at its sister hotel - Pensativo - was fabulous. Fresh food, excellent service, and gorgeous setting. I hope to come back one day. Book this hotel and you won’t regret it!

"We enjoyed our stay, very cute and comfortable"

Location was great, very small and cozy hotel very cute and clean. Beds were super comfortable, nice sheets and bedding. Staff was wonderful and great options for breakfast Bathrobes were nice addition

The bathroom was a tad outdated needs some upgrades There was coffee but no cups during our stay except when checking out Room is small but clean no fridge Slippers would have made my stay so much better If visiting bring some

This hotel is beautiful and quaint as it only has maybe 10 rooms. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! You also have access to a couple of other hotels and their restaurants and amenities.

Casa Encantada was exactly what I was looking for: a unique boutique hotel; cute, clean, safe, and walking distance from main Antigua shopping and activities. Staff were super helpful and courteous; and I was extremely pleasantly surprised to be offered the suite when I checked in. Only suggestion I have is to please deep clean the bath tub. Nonetheless, I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!!
