The air condition is not working properly. It's not cool enough throughout our entire 3 nights stay. The toilet keeps bringing brown water after flushing The towel and cup of tea were only for one guest but not two guests Weed/ Indian hemp could be perceived in the corridor, and our rooms k The front desk workers, securities, and other staff members are extremely good

The responsiveness of the staff and how they were willing to help

The property was extremely dirty and not well maintained. During our stay there was power outage twice and water cut for more than 4 hours. The walls were dirty, bin was rusty, bathroom was dirty
