good hotel near IGI, very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Internet is very good.

Likes: clean, easy to fit 5 people in 1 room which was important to us, 2 bathrooms in our room which was excellent for 5 people Dislikes: hotel arranged airport shuttle was overpriced compared to uber, outside noisy street

We had problems with shower Staffs are very friendly

There was no hot water for a shower the roo. Was small and smelled of wee , it was just dirty all round

The Expedia had not booked the room despite 100% advance. Hotel denied entry and says that booking came after rooms sold out. I reached hotel in the morning 8am and was told that rooms are under cleaning and I will get in 1 hour. I wanted to go to conference so kept luggage and left. Came at 7 pm to know that rooms are full and my booking was invalid. They denied room. I protested and showed the booking confirmation but after some time dumped me in pathetic hotel room 1 km from hotel. Somehow stayed as it was late. Not sure whose mistake but I am suferer. Will never book from Expedia and stay in this hotel.

Noisy - upstairs noisy. Street noisy. Owner told me I have to pay for 3 days minimum even I needed only two days

Not very clean,air conditioning not working,tv channels only in Hindi No proper toiletries.the towel are smell of bleach and very very worn out. The room service are very slow had to wait for food long time. No wake up call even though we requested it.the car to take us to airport are very late we almost missed our flight (it’s not free by the way) Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff is AMAZING, the hotel is clean and comfortable. In a busy area, the guards outfront and the staff themselves made us feel so safe!! The food is also delicious and everyone is so helpful. Could not recommend enough, if you come to Delhi, you should definitely stay here!!!

Property is good middle class hotel near the International Airport. Nothing fancy, but clean, great staff, and adequate restaurant.
