Hotel Classic Diplomat

I have been to India several times and this is the best hotel near by the airport. Clean room and nice staff. Would like to recommend for travellers who have to stay near the airport.

Great Hotel very friendly staff always ready to help you. i stayed here 3 times never had any problem.

Family room smaller than expected. 2 bathrooms provided but fairly basic. Getting wi fi connection was fiddly. Breakfast did not offer any variety and is not worth paying for.

Had the worst experience Where do I even start: - was given the wrong room then made to wait til they found the correct room - we all got gastro (including 3 year old daughter) from the food at the hotel - the toilet flooded all the rooms on the first floor overnight. notified them at 6am and still not cleaned by midday. Asked to have room moved but they said they had no available rooms. Asked for a refund and was told that they can’t refund. The only choice they gave us was to stay in the poo flooded room for the remaining 2 days. We had to leave 2 day early and get another hotel. This place is a complete waste of Money. Would not go there even if they paid me.

Nice and clean Hotel Better than other Budget Hotels in the Area

No great at all, will not stay here again. Uncomfortable room and even the intercom was not working

Short over night stay. Was suitable for that, close to airport.

The hotel is very busy and the lobby tends to be crowded, but I had a good stay

Have stayed here before and it was OK for one night stay before a flight. This time however no so good, No hot water and despite having paid for breakfast with the booking they tried to charge me for it again. Eventually sorted this out but took over an hour and could have done with out this extra hassle just before a long flight.
