Hotel Classic Diplomat

They met us at the airport and then took us back to the airport. Very nice.

Staff were pleasant. Front desk had problems finding booking. Breakfasts and evening meals were of good quality. Packed breakfast not reccommended. Our room did not face the front of the building so was quiet.

Hotel is convenient as it is close to hotel. Ok hotel for a short stay. Would give 3 star. Staff good, helpful. Hotel has a restaurant also and has room service

Decent airport, close to the airport - and hence the Cantt area. Slightly off the approach from the main road, we had to take a back alley to come to the hotel, but nothing too off about it.

Very clean and staff was excellent+ food was very tasty. Staff is very helpful and speaks English. I will recommend this hotel .

asked for 2 queen size beds or even 2 twin size got 2 single size beds pushed together i waited 1hour for toilet paper after calling the front desk 3 times the food at the restaurant down stairs was OK not the best I would rate this hotel only a 2 star the only good thing about this hotel is its really close the airport

Classic Diplomat hotel near IGI Airport ( Aerocity) is ok, nothing spectacular , fancy or glamorous hotel. It`s ok for a day or two, specially in transit. I stayed there two nights, for my connecting flight at 2 am. Staff does not seem to be very knowledgeable about the hospitality field. Mostly from the door man to the helper for the regular stuff look for tips, don`t seem want to be there . My impression. That does not mean the hotel was not good enough to stay a night. It is on a very busy street, that have highway traffic, one have to be very careful just to cross it. The Airport line Metro station is about 10 minutes away, but one have to walk through all the garbage ,junk and uneven surface, nothing paved, and if you want to walk on the road keep an eye on the coming traffic. My room did not have any view, there were curtains , but there was nothing there,. Dark alley. Bathrooms were reasoanably clean , shower curtain needed to be clean more often. There was no safe for safe keeping in the room, Breakfast was mostly Indian food,. But the omelet was available with the regular tea and coffee without drinking the Indian Masala Tea. There are tons of hotel in that stretch of road, mostly budget type, and better hotel with lot more money are also in around this hotel. Rooms were although dark but were reasoabnavly quite. I tried to be as honest as I can, no axe to grind. It was ok for transit.

Hotel close to the airport. Great staff but room wasn't clean. Bedsheets pillow and towels were washed but way too much overused. Pillow was torn.

Its nice and comfortable. Most important it suits my budget.

They sold me a presidential suite that is nothing but a normal room. It took the staff a long time to provide me with a wifi password. The wifi was very slow and could not accomplish much. Bad customer service
