Hotel Classic Diplomat

Kettle was defective replaced after two calls. Blanket cover was not looking clean but changed. Sugar ,milk and tea sachets are three each it should be four or five. Staff is good.

Our booking included airport transfers and on both occasions they were waiting for us. The surrounding area was very busy but the hotel was a haven. Good food.

Dirty, noisy and in the middle of a filthy area next to a motorway flyover. The best thing about it was that we only had to stay there one night as we were leaving the following day. Delhi hotels generally speaking as we tried at least 5 of them are all dramatically misrepresented by the photographs and the claims made for the accomodation, do not pay before you get there and check the room before you check in - be prepared to walk away and find something that is at least close to your minimum standards and don't accept their claims that there is a cancellation fee when they have openly lied about what they offer.

Have stayed here earlier also. Pleasing experience.

Friendly staff and very prompt. Very approachable staff and friendly. Understood the need of mine and were ready for my arrival.

On a major street with many hotels. Rooms spacious & comfortable, restaurant good (slightly pricey). They also have a bar with some food items; the cocktail list looks interesting but the Gimlet was horrible.

I STAYED JUST ONE NIGHT. IT WAS OKAY. I DID NOT HAVE BAD EXPERIENCE.

Nice hotel fr sort stay just they need to fix their beds other wise food and staff is good
