dirty, bad smell, no air conditioning

The Smart TV and location were great!

Paper thin walls (could hear every word said next door), bed was ok at best, hair dryer and ice machine did not work, dog droppings left on the walkway all weekend.

Excellent location. Staff were friendly and polite.

After booking the confirmation note stated that not all air conditioners were working - I should have been told this before booking. The refrigerator was not working properly - freezer worked but not the refrigerator part. There was no locking on the patio door to the balcony. The toilet was very low - not very good for seniors; perhaps a handrail would help. The tub was high - good for soaking but hard for a senior to get into; also very slippery bottom in the tub. Flooring seemed to be fairly new but was lifting up in several areas. No elevator to the second floor - this should have been made clear during the booking process. Outdoor chairs are very low and not good for seniors. The hotel is old and dated; it needs some upgrades and maintenance.
