Quiet and nice

Location, staff filled requests quickly

Not suitable at all for seniors. There are absolutely no hooks behind doors to hang items, bath tub is very nice and deep but almost impossible to get into for elderly guests especially since there are no hand-holds to hold onto. We were sold a deluxe room but the balcony was small and paint was peeling! The view, though was very nice. Also, we (80 and 83 years old) were not advised that we had to climb some stairs to get to our room. All in all it should be stated that the room(s) is absolutely not suitable for seniors. Being former hotel owners we can say that the room assigned to us could be upgraded quickly by making some inexpensive changes such as adding the items mentioned above, put some pictures on the walls and paint the ugly baseboards and the plywood box the bed is sitting on.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Aspen Village Inn! The atmosphere was great and our stay in Waterton was very memorable.

The only minor suggestion I have for the management team is regarding the microwave placement in the room. It is positioned quite high (above the fridge), which might be difficult or even a bit unsafe for people of average height to reach, especially when handling hot food. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!

Only the location was good

Not good service from the staff side, I have discussed several things before booking with the staff and no promises was made when I arrive there. The facilities was really old, not smelling good, even the vinyl planks in the rooms was not proper, bed and matters wasn’t comfortable. Bad service.
