This trip, was wonderful and the Best steel allen the perfect bar man who made a divine cocktails And mocktails with a big smile.

Great Hotel, good food, best beaches, clean rooms and the best thing wäre the barkeeperst, especially allen, who made us the best Cocktails and gave is a smile everytime :)

Moderne Einrichtung (schöne Zimmer), sehr freundliches Personal „ausgezeichnet!“. Spezialitätenrestaurants waren alle Top.

SPA, zu teuer und daher nicht genutzt. Taxiofferte vom Hotel von Kendwa Rocks zum Neptun oder zum Flughafen jeweils $ 90 offeriert, das ist Wucher. In Booking zu 23 $ oder über eine Agentur (was mir Sicherheit gab) 45 $, was zwar immer noch teuer ist aber angemessen erscheint und ich auch 3 x gebucht hatte. Verlängerung mit 180 $ für 6 Std (nur Mittagessen möglich) erscheint mir als teuer (single reisende), nach meinem Entsetzen darüber und wegen der Taxiofferte, ist man mir entgegen gekommen, was ich schätze aber nicht die Norm sein sollte.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a thoroughly beautiful time! The food/drink/service was fantastic and we had special encounters with lots of staff here. We would love to give a special shout out to Allen! He is an exceptional cocktail maker but an even more exceptional person who myself and my husband feel very privileged to have met. We will miss our late night conversations with you Allen and thank you for creating the perfect Zombie drink for us! We would also like to mention Emmanuel who always made fantastic drinks, MC who was so fantastic at keeping our drinks topped up and Mary who was such a special waitress whilst we enjoyed our candlelight dinner. Peter was our chef who cooked us our food and personally came out to meet us too! You will have a fantastic time here if you choose to stay with this resort!

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the staff have been incredible. Check in and check out was easy. The rooms are stunningly beautiful (most of the rooms are up quite a few steps, however, they do offer a golf buggy ride to your room if you need it). Our room (173) has an extremely high toilet, not sure why, was quite comical the first time I used it!!! Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Greeting everyone with a friendly ‘jambo’ The resort is kept very clean and tidy. Each room is allocated 2 beach towels with a beach bag with your room number on, this is something I think is a great idea. Beach towels are refreshed each evening when the staff come and turn town the bed, close the mosquito net and spray the room. There are a couple of bars that have a wide selection of cocktails on offer. There is a great selection of food in the main restaurant and with 3 a la carte restaurants (Asian, Indian & Italian) to choose from, I think you would struggle to get bored of the food. For an additional cost you can have a candle lit beach dinner, which was beautiful. We did a few excursions, organised by the hotel, with our own driver and guide. This made the whole experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. You can also go horse riding (additional cost) along the beach and into the Indian Ocean (which is incredible warm). All in all, this was an incredible holiday

The property is excellent with a great location, excellent food and wonderful staff. The Namaste Indian Restaurant, Gusti Italian Restaurant & Pwani Restaurant have great food with very courteous staff.

The rooms were impeccable, beautiful. The grounds were immaculately maintained. The staff and overall customer service was top notch, among the best we've ever encountered. The food was outstanding....much better than cruise ship food. We couldn't have been more impressed.
