The kindest barman Allen, the best cocktail maker so fast and good vibe when making the drinks he is so friendly with the unique simile every one loves him thanks neptune for having such professional staffs also we can say rooms are comfortable as wel as delicious food.

We have been visting Neptune Hotel in Zanzibar. Great memories and feeling. Especially Mr Alen at the bar jummy drinks nice smile man.

We had a truly terrible experience at this lodge and would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment we arrived, things went wrong. The check-in process was disorganized and we were given the wrong room. Once we finally got to our room, we discovered that the air conditioning didn’t work, the mosquito net had holes, and the hot water was completely inconsistent. The pool was dirty and clearly not maintained. On top of all that, despite paying for an extra night so we could have a late checkout, the lodge refused to honor it and tried to once again upcharge. We spent our last day arguing with the front desk staff rather than enjoying time at the beach. The management was extremely unprofessional — they did not take responsibility for any of these issues or offer any meaningful solutions. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

We will never forget this hotel neptune is not only the beautiful hotel but also has the super service we do appreciate Allen from the poolbar and at the bar cart he was so friendly and smilling much of time he was so faster in making cocktail also rooms and food were super 10 over 10

An amazing holiday had everything you need and more. Staff are so friendly and helpful, they definitely demonstrate their passion for their jobs. Food was great and lots to choose from. Rooms are beautiful the spa day was amazing. The most perfect relaxing holiday

We spent here our honeymoon. It was the best choice. Great food, nice room, good animations during the day even evening, and the most important thing-the stuff is AMAZING! They’re doing increadible atmosphere here, especially Allen from the pool bar and bar cart, he is doing the best drinks on whole Zanzibar. If you would like to have your best time-choose this place!

The best hotel. Great rooms, swimming pools, delicious food. The stuff is very helpful. The best is Allen from the bar cart and pool bar. Always smile, talk with people, fast making cocktails. His English is so good. He’s so smart.
