Hotel seemed to have issues with front desk.... people were waiting 20 mins to check in without seeing anyone...also roaches in room along with ants

The wife and I flew down from Seattle on a mission to purchase a home in the surrounding area. We stayed in room 427. The room was nice. Has everything we needed for a 4 night stay while we looked for new homes in the area. First night we left a morsel of popcorn on the counter. Woke up to hear my wife shrieking!! Hundreds of ants were everywhere. I promptly donned my cape and super hero apparel and slayed all of them by washing them down the sink drain. We called the front desk to spray the room while we left for the day making sure NO FOOD was anywhere, but we're quite sure that while we were out they neglected to do so. Ants still were roaming the kitchen sink area possibly lamenting the loss of hundreds of their compatriots!!! Blechhh!! The breakfast was subpar. In essence, since Covid-19, breakfast is trash. Might as well give it to the ants but they probably wouldn't want the tasteless food either. Would give this place a 3 out of 5.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful

The property was well maintained overall. We had to switch rooms due to the keycard reader not working. Also the sink had an issue that maintenance repaired promptly. The indoor pool water was not heated so we did not swim. Staff was very helpful and friendly

The price was good. There were roaches in our room and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

I liked how spacious the room was and how it included a kitchenette, though I never cooked during my stay. I was disappointed that the iron was disfunctional and poured water all over a shirt and the ironing board. I asked the front desk to bring me a new one and they said they would, but never did. After more than an hour wait I went down to the front desk with the iron and they gave me a new one with a sincere apology. Also, the channels on the tv didn't always work. Often you click on a channel and saw a blank screen. Last, when I went to use the pool I couldn't get in. I told the front desk and they said that it was strange and I should get access. I said yeah there was a lady in there just sitting on a chair not using anything. The front desk's response was, oh we don't show anyone in there, but due to covid restrictions, if another family is in there you can't use it. Pretty disappointing that it was being occupied but not used. I reported this to the staff person at the time of check out and she apologized to me as I was leaving.

Ac was making noise, changed the room m, TV was too dark. I called they send someone but couldn’t fix. I had to watch TV on dark screen.😌 Stayed 3 nights. Not too bad.
