very bad hotel , i recommend to not go there is very derty and its a very danger zone

Considering what we paid as opposed to what others were charging, a very good hotel indeed - spacious and tidy rooms, friendly english-speaking staff. Free parking was a major plus. Stayed in a 4-star hotel in a tiny room in Montmatre last year for more than twice the price. In comparison (pricewise) I was expecting much worse but was relieved to find it as expected.

No hot water, very basic hotel. Area rough booked for 2 x nights only stayed one without seeing Paris, didn't feel safe.

Good hotel but public transport was far from hotel

I stayed here one night then changed hotels. It's in a bad area. There front desk agent told me not to go outside.. I was unable to find the hotel because the name wasn't visible at night. I just so happened to stumble inside to ask for directions, then realized I was at the right place. No ice available.

This has to be the worst hotel experience I've had. To start the front desk guy was extremely rude not to mention the look of loathing he had towards us you know being American and all. We proceeded to the room and there was a dirty towel on the bed and the bedding looked as if someone was laying on it. There was trash on the table an open soda and the shower door was broken and daggly NO AIR CONDITIONING which was the reason we actually didn't even unpack and immediately checked out but before we did we scooted one of the twin beds closer to the window (no screens) for air only to expose the wall behind it full of MOLD! terrible terrible experience and of course no refund.

Very disappointed at service and condition of hotel, we was on the 3rd floor with no air condition and temperature was 27 degrees, the window 5ft by 3ft was wide open with a broken blind, birds were sitting there with feaces at 6am, I tried speaking to the man on the reception on 3 occasions but he was extremely rude pointing fingers at me and not willing to listen. I would like to take the complain further

Receprion members don'nt know english. Towels are very old. Rooms are very hot. Room's wall are very thin so you can hear everything from other rooms.

Good location, got an extra roomto compensate my three beds.

I was greatly satisfied staying at this hotel. I mainly took the room for my sister and her wedded husband for their honeymoon night. from the report, they were exceedingly pleased. Guest service was excellent and room was nice and clean.
