I was very much pleased with my stay here. I moved to Comfort Hotel after being disappointed at another hotel (Premier Class). Customer Service was worthy of an American brand hotels. Manager was "Tres Tres Gentille" and room were clean. Thank you very much.

My wife I have been traveling in euroope for over 3 weeks, our last stop was at this hotel and unfortunately it was the worst hotel ever, no A/C, very noisy people were talking laughing all night long until 6:00 am, we couldn't sleep, neighbourhood was bad, internet was zero, staff were ok.

A nice enough hotel with friendly and helpful staff, but poorly located for public transport into Paris. A long walk to the nearest Metro station and no nearby amenities in a semi industrial area.

upside: for the prize this hotel a good deal. The rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. The bathroom was cledn and functional and we got everything that comes with a stay at a hotel in terms of clean towels, shampoos and such. However, the bathroom furniture witnessed of a place where details are not imporant so to speak, as they were clearly damages by water and use and needed a replacement. The service of the friendly staff was ok. The free wifi was reasonable although definitely not fast. The hotel is located a bit far from anything including trains and metros and the area is not worth writing about, but we felt safe walking from the station day or night. To get there (if you go by public transport) I would recommend taking the E train to Pantin station walk the 20 min or so to get to the hoel. On the way to can take a look inside the huge privately owned art gallery which holds some interesting pieces.

Room and hotel could need some facelift. Friendly staff, Neighborhood is an industrial so you need bus or car whatever you should do. For me, not a choice to recommend.

The hotel was clean, the staff helpful. The room was so hot it was difficult to sleep, there is no air conditioning, no fan. A good continental breakfast was available for 10 euros. The receptionist organised a taxi for my son and I to take us to the Paris Air Show.

Nice place to stay, great to have parking. The reception staff were very friendly, and we changed our room without problem when we found that the bathroom leaked. It's a bit far from the metro, 10 mins on the bus, but apart from that, it was a good place to be based when visiting Paris

No hot drink facilities in the room, only vending machines in the lobby - very dissappointing for all, especially my 85 yr old mother. One neighbouring room noisy into the night, obviously the fault of that guest but more sturdy walls would have improved this.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room had an overpowering terrible smell and it was nauseating. The hallway wasn't quite as bad, but not far off. The shower stall was small, but the sink was even smaller and made washing very difficult. There were no ice machines, however, the staff offered to put anything in the fridge that you needed to keep cold. Not exactly the most convenient of systems. It was very difficult to get to, however, the public transportation was right across the street, which was probably the only positive. I would say that it might be worth the daily rate, however, it would be far more comfortable to pay a little extra and get something much more comfortable.

Myself, my husband and our one year old were really happy with this hotel. It was clean, tidy, fresh. Lovely experience altogether!!! I would definitely recommend it further.
