Our stay was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel was impeccably clean, comfortable, and maintained to the highest standards. The complimentary breakfast included in our package was outstanding, featuring an incredible buffet along with excellent à la carte options. We also loved the diverse selection of restaurants and dining experiences available throughout the property. A special thank you to the staff for arranging marudhaani for my daughter, which made our stay even more memorable. The hospitality was truly remarkable, and we would especially like to thank Ms. Bridget, Mr. Vijay, and Mr. Vincent for their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness. Their efforts made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Room service was prompt, service was consistently timely, and every interaction reflected a commitment to excellence. We left with wonderful memories and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking outstanding hospitality and a memorable experience.

I would say this is one of the best hotels in Coimbatore. It truly delivers a genuine five-star experience, both in terms of facilities and service. The staff are professional, courteous, and always willing to help, making the stay comfortable and memorable. The breakfast spread is on another level, with an excellent variety of dishes and outstanding quality. The food throughout the stay was delicious, well-prepared, and exceeded expectations. Overall, a fantastic hotel that offers great value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Coimbatore and would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very clean room, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

There are 3 Restaurants in the hotel. All were fully booked. We were forced to go out for dinner. The staff don't mention about it to reserve seats.
