The rooms are comfortable. They have some weird room service policy which is no room service between 12 midnight to 7 am Gym is very average Afghan Grill restuarant service is very very poor

Breakfast setting can be but better Afghan Grill restuarant better to avoid as service sucks They dont have any hotel cans or taxis available so better book your own trasnport in advance Some staff seem very slow and have an attitude problem

It's a luxurious hotel with comfortable rooms and everything what you need in it. Variable and delicious breakfast. Several in house restaurants with very nice service food. And drinks, life music, always open for special requests (restaurant was booked, but the food from that restaurant was served for us at a bar nearby. Swimming pool & gym. We came here for the 2nd time. And this hotel is definitely a highlight of both our trips to India.

I am currently staying at the Residency Towers, Coimbatore. This is the second time I am staying at this hotel. Wonderful experience. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping team quickly respond to our needs. Excellent breakfast. Hot waffles and French toast and fresh juices are exceptional. Front desk team are very helpful. Special mention to Ms. Bridget, who always greets us with a big smile every day. The fitness center is well-equipped. Trainers are available till 9 pm. Special thanks to the trainer Mr. Manivel, who helped my mother with her knee issues. He understood the issue immediately and suggested special exercises and stretches to get better. He patiently helped her with the stretches...most of all he gave her confidence that she can do it. I am glad we have such a great motivating trainer available.

I had a truly relaxing and comfortable stay at this hotel. First of all, the overall facilities were excellent, and every corner, including the guest room, was so clean and well-maintained that I felt wonderful throughout my stay. In particular, Bridget made my trip so much more comfortable. I am incredibly grateful for her thoughtful care and all the help she provided. It was a highly satisfying experience to heal and unwind in such a beautiful space with such kind service. I’d love to visit again next time! Highly recommended. 👍

4 days of official stay and no complaints! Spacious, well-kept rooms and excellent food — especially if you love Kerala and Tamil Nadu cuisine. The dining staff were warm and courteous throughout. Great central location and good value for money. Looking forward to returning with family!
