Spark by Hilton Mansfield

Worst hotel experience ever. Asked for a 5am wake up call. Instead we got a wake up call at 2:50am, 3:50am, and 4:50am. Called the front desk each time, they really didn’t act like they cared. Third time they told me I could unplug the phone and they’d come knock on the door at 6am (wrong original wake up time). When checking out, the front desk clerk was dismissive and smirked about the issue. Called a couple of hours later to speak to the manager. No answer at the hotel. Called again and was told the manager was out running errands. Left a message that I doubt will be returned. When checking in, another front desk clerk gave us no working keys (no big deal by itself). Also gave no info-I had to ask after being given keys where the room was, which entrance to use, and if they offer breakfast. Not sure what’s going on with this location but when all staff You deal with are dismissive and not interested in doing their job-makes you think there’s a bigger problem. I just paid to ‘sleep’ somewhere I got woken up at every hour, dismissed and smirked at, then avoided by management.

Stayed there with my family for 1 night. I had to change the rooms 3 times before we had one that was acceptable... the rooms were left dirty... the carpets are disgusting... the personnel were friendly and tried to accommodate us... it looks like a lot of construction workers stay there and they are not that particular about the condition of the rooms... We have to children, 3yrs and 5ys old and they like to play on the floors... If you're just passing through and need a room for the night... it's ok... if you have little ones... I would not recommend it.

There was nothing no to like. Service was amazing and cleanliness was great. Thank you Comfort Inn and Suites
