"Moldy, Mildew, Smelly Inn"

The room smells like mold/mildew! Pool was closed! No fresh Towels or housekeeping! Previously frozen breakfast sandwiches! The bed was the only thing comfortable about this Comfort Inn. Would not stay here again!!!

The lobby was clean and fresh smelling but when I opened my room door the moldy odor was very overwhelming. The carpets needed to be deordorized, the bathroom floor was not swept, the shower wall was dirty. There was mold on the night stands, refrigerator cabinet doors and the refrigerator smelled like mold. There was a roach behind the desk lampshade. Housekeeping did not empty the trash for the two days we were there. Even the door handles looked like they had been underwater in a flood or something. My daughter’s room was just as bad. Even the air conditioner smelled moldy. She was on the second floor. The king size bed was great. We didn’t ask to change rooms because the hotel was booked for the 4th of July holiday and it would have been to much trouble to find another hotel. The staff was okay. The rooms also smelled like someone had been smoking in them. This hotel needs to be renovated and cleaned for mold. If it’s on the furniture and may also be in the walls. I also had trouble with the TV remote it wouldn’t change channels but I kept working it and it started

"Not the best place to stay but it was clean"

We arrived there wasnt much information given about where the room was or breakfast times the next morning for breakfast a worker was there we wasnt greeted and when my mother ask for something she just looked didnt say nothing but provided qhat she ask for now the housekeeper Wesley was amazing she clean our rooms and gave us good information on how things worked there she should have been at the front desk jist my opinion the room next to use was noisy...
