Spark by Hilton Mansfield

Room was filthy. The carpet was sticky and there was food left in the fridge. the blankets had holes in them the rolling chair was missing a wheel.

Customer service was outstanding!! The ladies were so nice they made sure our needs were met that we had everything we need. Will always go there when i am in Mansfield.

Love this hotel my 5th visit and still as the same as day one I actually like the scan card in doors. It was a good modern touch up.

As I was checking in, the clerk asked me why I was in town which rubbed me the wrong way at the get-go because that’s none of their freakin business!! Then she proceeds to tell me: 1. All of our ice machines are out of order, there is no ice. 2. Our elevator is out of order, take the stairs. 3. Here’s a letter from the city of Mansfield advising you not to drink the water!! I say, well what am I supposed to do for drinking water?? She said well here, I can give you “A” bottled water. I said ONE bottle of water? Can I at least get two?? She says well I GUESS we can give you two! That’s when I was thinking WELL I GUESS I WON’T BE STAYING HERE AGAIN!! Now let’s get to the room part, the refrigerator was broke (so much for getting my bottled waters cool). The door to the television console would not close so you had to be careful walking by to avoid banging your knee on it. The room was certainly not super clean, just so-so. I don’t know what else is available in Mansfield Louisiana but you should avoid this place for sure.

The staff was so kind and helpful and the breakfast was pretty decent. The shower water was hit and the pressure was really good! Our room was muggy and hot and the AC just could not cool it off. We ended up propping the door open to get air from the hall. It was a pretty hot miserable night. The room was dingy and old. We probably won’t stay again.

Most of the clientele was mostly oil field workers because of that yhings get dirty quickly not a bad place for an over night travel stop

The most horrible stay EVER!!!!!! The hotel was horrible nasty water was brown for bathing , floor was nasty wet and soggy room had mildew and my family and I booked multiple rooms this weekend and they all complained about the nastiness! I will never stay at this room ever again the bedding was horrible comforter was ripped and looked old and nasty I could not sleep because I just itches all night it felt so yucky I wanted to say forget it and leave but it was so late and I had my children along with me. We woke up at 5 am and left totally skipped breakfast because of the room was that horrible I’m sure the food was not okay to eat. Staff had on bonnets at the desk while checking in I’m just not happy I paid for a very nasty sickening stay!
