"Staff made my stay remarkable"

Staff members very professional I called ahead of time about for late check-in Staff assured me that it was OK to check in late upon arrival check in was easy breezy. The state was amazing and I will return. Staff is very amazing.

Our family stays here every year for our family reunion and the customer service is always great. Caroline was happy to get our reservations together and the hotel was very clean. I love the upgrades

"Paid TWICE "

Unfortunately, I paid TWICE on my Credit Card. Once to Hotels.com and once to Spark/Hilton on the same card. My Bank says that the Merchants should reimburse me.
