This facility was unclean in it’s entirety. The rooms were filthy. Rust and urine on the side of the toilet. Scuff marks and chipped paint on the walls. Rusted bathroom fixtures. Dirty headboard. Shower curtain had stains. Will never stay here again. Do not recommend

Slight smell when you enter hallways and the room but I really think its from the AC and Louisiana humidity. Sprayed the vents with lysol and either it helped or we got use to smell. Overall good place to stay.

The staff was really nice and polite went above and beyond. As soon as we arrived we had an individual meet us in the parking lot and asked for money.

There was no key for the rooms, so I had to leave the room door open or have the hotel attendant to unlock the door upon returning to the room. The room, I was anitially assigned to have a drainage problem in the sink and bathtub, also the shower head was not mounted properly. The room walls were tainted and the lamps and furniture were dirty as well. The one bright spot was the desk attendant, she was very friendly and she moved me to another room. The second room was better than the first. The furnishings definitely need to be upgraded.

"Nightmare check in "

Given wrong room number at check in. Then hostess poinded on door at 3am saying something was weong with our credit card. Forced to go to lobby from 3 to 330am. Then she gave me somebody elses credit card and license. I am furious about this stay. I should not have to pay for this bullying behavior. Hotel.com is losing a gold member because of this stay.

"Not Poor but not great "

The rooms had a terrible smell, and everything was very outdated, and the bathroom door handle was completely broken off. Needs work! I don't think it's had any maintenance since they opened. But the staff were very friendly :)
