"Ótima localização. Hotel muito bonito."

Localização fantástica, na esquina da rua que dá acesso ao cais da Ribeira. O hotel foi construído no que restou das ruínas das muralhas Fernadinas. Acomodações muito boas. Ótimo café da manhã com muitas variedades, entre elas os pastéis de nata.

O hotel não oferece amenities, por exemplo touca de banho, algodão, cotonete... Tivemos um problema a noite com o ar condicionado do nosso quarto. Nos disponibilizaram outro que também não estava funcionando. Mas, no final conseguimos outro quarto para dormirmos. No dia seguinte, retornamos ao nosso quarto original, pois o problema havia sido resolvido. A direção do hotel nos pediu desculpas pelo transtorno com um gentil bilhete e uma bandeja de doces.
