The pet policy when I booked didn’t have any information just says pet friendly then after paying 220 dollars was shocked at another 100 dollars that wasn’t listed for dogs that were 10 lbs and spent a total of maybe 10 hours between the two nights I was there. Wasn’t happy about that at least list on you website about that for future pet parents.

We paid first by credit card, then it appeared that they put us in the middle of renovations; we had asked for a quiet spot, but were on a very loud and dirty hallway. We canceled the reservation at the reception and wanted our payment -- which had not yet been submitted by reception -- cancelled but they told us, we had paid, and they couldn't cancel. We changed hotels: this was unacceptable: the rooms were not clean, the tvs didn't work, the phones didn't work, the hallway was in disarray due to renovations, the breakfast room was almost inaccessible due to painting and other renovation equipment stored there. It was dirty.

see above: we were told we couldn't cancel. We tried to contact Booking.com but wasn't possible. How can you all be contacted to cancel a reservation for cause?

I would stay here again but would maybe try another place as we have a child. There is no pool at this hotel. The breakfast area was great and there were a lot of breakfast options. They do not have ice machines but they do have ice in the breakfast area that you can use. We stayed in room 304. It was very spacious. It had a full size fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher. The bathroom was good. The beds were comfy. There was not art on the wall so pretty plain. Our lamp did not work. There was no lamp in between the beds. The staff was great!!

Firat room assigned the door didn't lock behind us. Moved to a room that was NOT cleaned. Dirty wash cloth in shower, soap had been opened, used and put back in box, there was a pair of mens boxer briefs found by our dog... TV in bedroom.did not work. When reported to the lady at desk, no apology or acknowledgement received. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Front desk staff was amazing!! Very helpful and patient with my 87 year old mother. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast staff was pleasant and food was good. Overall a great stay!

After driving several hundred miles the day of check in, the non- english speaking staff informed us that the room we reserved was not available. We reserved a suite with a separate bedroom. We were put into a regular room. We were promised a lower cost for the basic room. We were charged the lower rate for the first day, but more for the 2nd day. We told the person at the front desk the next morning that we would not be moving rooms. I think it was wrong to charge us more for the 2nd day when they could not accommodate us. Terrible business practice. This place is outdated and rundown. Seems like a lot of contractors stay here, and it's its really in need of repairs. Do not stay here!
