Nice big room

Bathroom didn’t seem like it had been cleaned prior to our arrival from the last guest. Shower was cold and very little water pressure.

No towels in room, tv wasn’t working correctly and when we went down for breakfast, no hot food left 15 minutes before end of breakfast hours.

Spacious

We have been on the road a lot and stayed here on the top floor. What a surprise to find a full kitchen in our suite! We truly loved this place as it was so quiet for sleeping. The dining was wonderful and we were blessed.

The building was under renovation which was not disclosed prior to arrival. Our room was not clean (hair in the shower, construction dust everywhere). Breakfast was mediocre at best. There was barely any lighting in the room.

I was traveling through Minot with my husband, daughter and 2 dogs (labs). We needed a place that would accommodate our pets. We gave this place a try and it was very nice. Our room had laminate flooring which was great with our dogs. I felt like it was cleaner than carpet would be. Very nice. Happy to have stayed there.

Property is being remodeled but was gery pleased with my room. Very large in size, clean and comfortable.

I spent 5 nights at the hotel.. My room was never cleaned/serviced once during this time. Both the front desk and housekeeping told me that my room was scheduled to be cleaned. The sink in the bathroom would not drain, and the person who repaired it made a mess on the bathroom floor, used my only clean towel, and left it on the floor. I had to go to the front desk to get new towels and toilet paper. There were dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom. The parking lot had discarded and broken beer bottles. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Great. Everything was what I expected. The? Check-in was a great experience. They helped me set up my rewards. Membership and as a truck driver. It's always nice to have Somebody help you.
