"Enjoyable stay!"

Clean room and pleasant atmosphere. Safe environment. My stay here was comfortable.. I would suggest using less water for the waffles for breakfast. I also suggest the room rate lower for personal budget reasons. But I'm satisfied overall with my experience at this place.

Location

Customer service was mediocre & we sent 3 messages to detail our concerns & no one ever responded. My husband was injured by metal sticking out of bed & they never offered assistance

"Still a very good clean hotel."

One of the best hotels in Minot. Quality and cleanliness has always been the best at this hotel and even though it is getting renovated soon it is still in good shape and very clean. Breakfast is still good. This has been our favourite hotel in this price range while visiting Minot. The only other hotel we prefer is the Hyatt, but that is a lot more expensive and has one and two bedroom suites.

Staff was quiet, but attentive when asked questions. Overall area is nice, plenty of restaurant's nearby. Hotel room was very spacious...had a suite with two queen beds. Only wished it had an extra couch or chair for normal seating space. Definitely would stay here again!

Our room was freshly painted. And it looked like fairly new carpet. As always we enjoy staying at this hotel. Peaceful. And breakfast is very good!
